What happens, if you consequently apply the principle of integration testing – whether in IT or industrial production - to projects as well as organizational or human resource development? – A mere theoretical consideration – an abstract mind game?

Gerald Kimmel
After his studies, Diplom-Kaufmann Gerald Kimmel worked as a consultant and manager in one of the big international consulting companies. In 1993 he brought the CPC Unternehmensmanagement AG to life, specializing in project management and consultancy services with nowadays about 80 permanent consultants. Within the broad range of customers, a core is on realizing IT-related projects. Mr. Kimmel developed the highly innovative Reality Format together with an interdisciplinary team and, as a board member, is in charge of HR and company development.
